Minor Repair (including Approval by KSP). KSP has as an approved EASA Part 21J DOA (EASA.21J.735) such authorisation to approve such Minor Repairs.
An inspection of the affected seat has shown, that seat pan cracking was found at two opposite corners of the aluminium pan of the RH passenger place of seat part-number XXX.
Deliverable spare part may be a much larger unit – und therefore, much more expensive as an individual repair solution as a Minor Repair including Approval in accordance with EASA Regulations EASA Part 21 Subparts J and M.
